City recreation worker charged with embezzling (Burlington Times-News)
A part-time employee with the Burlington Recreation and Parks Department was charged Wednesday with embezzling $10,000 from Springwood Park. Chico Levon Fuller, 21, of N.C. 119, Mebane, was placed under $1,000 bond, according to warrants.

Access to Recreation projects in the county moving along (The Advertiser-Tribune)
Three of Seneca County's five Access to Recreation park projects are under way, and two are moving along despite a few snags.
